If you have a corrupt or damaged memory which you tried to format and it keeps replying you with WINDOWS CAN’T FORMAT DISK and you wish to repair it, kindly follow the following steps:-
Insert the corrupted memory card into a card reader, and then connect the card reader to the computer.
Procedures:
Open RUN on your computer (to open RUN click on the “start” icon and enter “search for program” then type in RUN or press ctrl-R on desktop
After opening RUN type in “CMD” in the provided text box.
After that, type in “DISKPART”.
Type in “LIST DISK”.
Type in “SELECT DISK 1”.
Type in “CLEAN”.
Type in “CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY”.
Type in “ACTIVE”.
Type in “SELECT PARTITION 1”.
Lastly type in “FORMAT FS=FAT32”.

NOTE: You should wait for 30 - 45 Minutes for it to Finish loading 1 -100%

After finishing this process remove your card reader from the computer USB port and also remove the SD card from the card reader……..that’s all

Setup New APN settings On Your Android Phone As Follows:
1. Open your phone settings > Go to more > Go to mobile network > Go to Access Point Names > Select Your Etisalat Sim, Then create new APN and configure it as shown below:
2. APN Type: default
3. APN: etisalat
4. Proxy: leave it blank
5. Port: leave it blank

Now Launch Psiphon Handler; after launching, the handler menu will display; set it up as follows:
Select save and click on “Tunnel Whole Device” when prompted.
From the home screen that appeared, tap on the options tab
Select Region: You can use any region of your choice. They all work fine, but I chose United States so that I will not stumble upon unfamiliar
language on pages while browsing. I recommend you chose that too.
Select “More Options”, and check “Connect through an HTTP” then select “Use the following settings:” then configure as.
Host address: 50.30.152.130
Port: 8086
You can also use this IPs and ports in the table below. They all work fine.

When connected, you will notice a key at the notification area of your phone (Top of the screen) and the P sign will now stay steady instead of continuous connecting sign. You will also see “VPN Connected”.
If so, start surfing the net and enjoy the speed.
